A Home Health Aide (HHA) plays a vital role in supporting individuals who need assistance with daily living, personal care, and maintaining independence in the comfort of their own homes. As an HHA with our team, you provide meaningful one-on-one support, build strong relationships, and help clients achieve the highest quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
Support daily living tasks including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
Provide mobility assistance and ensure a safe environment
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Offer companionship and emotional support
Follow care plans and instructions from supervisors or nurses
Maintain accurate care notes and documentation
Assist with reminders for medications (no medication administration unless certified/allowed per state rules)

Home Health Aide Certificate with competency RequiredState / agency-recognized HHA.
