These Terms explain the rules for using Accrecy websites, applications, dashboards, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Accrecy websites, mobile applications, dashboards, forms, tools, and related services. By accessing or using Accrecy, you agree to these Terms.

2. About Accrecy

Accrecy provides software tools for healthcare providers, organizations, employees, applicants, caregivers, administrators, and authorized users. Features may include onboarding, policy management, credential tracking, timesheets, documentation, scheduling, patient or client workflow support, and related operational tools.

3. Eligibility and Authorized Use

You may use Accrecy only if you are authorized by Accrecy or by an organization that uses Accrecy. You are responsible for using the platform only for lawful, authorized, and appropriate business or care-support purposes.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Accrecy or your organization promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Organization Responsibilities

Organizations using Accrecy are responsible for managing their users, permissions, records, workflows, policies, data accuracy, compliance obligations, and proper use of the platform.

6. User Content and Uploaded Information

Users may submit information, forms, signatures, documents, images, records, notes, and other content through Accrecy. You represent that you have the right and authorization to submit any information you upload or enter.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use Accrecy for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Access or attempt to access information you are not authorized to view.
  • Misrepresent your identity, role, credentials, work performed, or documentation submitted.
  • Upload malicious code, harmful files, or content that disrupts the service.
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of Accrecy.
  • Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse Accrecy except as permitted by written agreement.

8. Healthcare and Compliance Use

Accrecy may support healthcare-related workflows, but it does not replace professional medical judgment, licensed clinical decision-making, provider policies, payer requirements, or legal compliance obligations. Organizations and users remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and validating records, care documentation, and operational decisions.

9. Electronic Records and Signatures

Accrecy may allow users to complete electronic forms, acknowledgments, attestations, and signatures. By using these features, you agree that electronic submissions may be used as part of business, employment, compliance, or operational records where permitted by applicable law.

10. Service Availability

We work to keep Accrecy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, security issues, third-party providers, or circumstances outside our control.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

Accrecy, including its software, design, branding, workflows, interfaces, and content, is owned by Accrecy LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Accrecy if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created security risk, misused the platform, violated law, or is no longer authorized by an organization.

14. Disclaimers

Accrecy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accrecy LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of Accrecy.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Accrecy after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
