About the Role
Precious Home Health Care is hiring compassionate, dependable, and professional Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality in-home care to patients in Cleveland and surrounding areas.
As an HHA, you will work directly with patients in their homes, helping them with personal care and everyday activities while supporting their safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
Prepare meals according to the patient's needs and plan of care
Provide light housekeeping and laundry related to patient care
Provide companionship and supportive care
Follow the patient's individualized plan of care
Observe and report changes in the patient's condition
Complete accurate and timely visit documentation
Provide medication reminders when appropriate
Communicate concerns to the supervising nurse or agency
Qualifications
Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or qualifying training/experience
CPR certification
Current TB test or screening
Valid government-issued identification
Social Security card or acceptable employment authorization documentation
Ability to provide reliable transportation to assigned patients
Dependable, professional, and compassionate
Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
Ability to complete required documentation accurately and on time
